taurasi docg

Then you have Taurasi, in which Aglianico grapes are macerated for 12/14 days at a controlled temperature and aged in oak barrels for 24 months subsequently in steel tanks before completing the refinement in the bottle. Looking quite dark in the glass, this wine has an equally dark aroma but with a straight, pleasant, fresh structured flavour, framed by soft tannins.

fiano di avellino

Fiano di Avellino Re Gallo is a DOCG wine, the production of which is permitted in the province of Avellino. The soils are characterized by the presence of clay (even 50% of fine earth) with a scarce presence of siliceous-calcareous skeleton. This richness of clay is a very positive factor for viticulture, as it contrasts periods of summer drought with a more regular ripening of the grapes and a good content of fixed acidity. This Fiano from the clayey hills of Montemarano has a straw yellow color and, served at a temperature between 10-12 ° C, accompanies dishes based on fish, shellfish, white meat and fairly fatty fresh cheeses.
