Grapes: Greco di Tufo

Type of soil: Rich in calcium carbonate, it gives the wines strongly aromatic notes and great complexity

Training system: Avellino rays and spurred cordon on the new plants

Harvest: At the end of the first half of October, hand picked

Yield per hectare: 90 quintals per hectare

Vinification: Soft pressing of whole bunches, malolactic not totally carried out

Notes: Aromatic charge of melon and pear, very floral on the nose and fresh in the mouth, but very complex

Serving temperature: 10-12 °
