Soil type: Fresh clayey soils, rich in elements that easily adapt to climatic variations

Training system: Avellino rays

Harvest: First week of October, harvested by hand

Yield per hectare: 75 quintals per hectare

Vinification: Soft pressing of whole bunches, malolactic carried out completely in stainless steel tanks for a period of two months

Notes: Aromatic charge of exotic fruit, peach and almond blossoms. Good acidity on the palate, dry with a long aromatic finish.

Serving temperature: 10-12 °

Alcoholic content: 13%
